RETURN CONDITIONS

We accept returns for items that meet the following conditions:

• The returned item must not have been used, stained or washed. It must be in the original condition.
• Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of the order (the carrier's date is valid). After this period, MOST reserves the right to refuse the return.
• Returns are free only for the European Union in the case of an exchange.
• In the event of a refund, an amount of 9.9 euros including tax will be deducted from your order in France and 12,9 euros including tax in the European Union and 20 euros excluding tax (outside the European Union).

• In the case of a refund for a wool rug, an amount of €25 including VAT will be deducted for rugs measuring up to 170x240 cm and an amount of €69 including VAT will be deducted for rugs larger than 170x240 cm in France,

• And an amount of €99 including VAT will be deducted for rugs measuring up to 170x240 cm and an amount of 140 euros including VAT for rugs larger than 170x240 cm in the European Union (excluding France) 

• And an amount of €80 excluding VAT for rugs measuring up to 170x240 cm and an amount of €170 excluding VAT will be deducted for rugs larger than 170x240 cm outside the European Union.

  
  

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

REFUND

Once your package is received, allow between 7 and 10 days for processing of your package and the refund to be issued.

The refund is made to the payment method used when paying for the order.
