RETURN CONDITIONS

We accept returns for items that meet the following conditions:

• The returned item must not have been used, stained or washed. It must be in the original condition.
• Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of the order (the carrier's date is valid). After this period, MOST reserves the right to refuse the return.
• Returns are free only for the European Union in the case of an exchange.
• In the event of a refund, an amount of 7.9 euros including tax will be deducted from your order (in the European Union) and 15 euros including tax (outside the European Union).

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

REFUND

Once your package is received, allow between 7 and 10 days for processing of your package and the refund to be issued.
