ORDER & DELIVERY What means of payment to pay for my order? We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. As well as payments via Paypal. How can I track the progress of my order? To track your order, please create a customer account. This allows you to log in and receive the most up-to-date information about your order. Can I cancel or modify an order? If you wish to cancel or modify an order, please contact customer service as soon as possible so that we can respond to your request. How can I offer a gift card? At the moment, we do not offer gift cards. But they are coming soon. |

RETURNS & REFUNDS
What are our return conditions? Read our return conditions here . How do I return my order? If your order meets the return conditions, you can return your order to us free of charge. Register your return and get your pre-paid returns label through our returns management portal. How do I exchange my order? We do not offer standard exchange. For a new size, another model or another color, you must reorder on the e-shop. How soon will I be reimbursed? Return packages take between 5 to 10 working days to be delivered to us after deposit. We advise you to carefully keep your tracking numbers. Once your package has been received, allow our logistics team a few days to process your package. You will receive an email to notify you when the refund has been made. |

All MOST bed linen is made with care in Portugal, in the Porto region. What certifications do you have? All MOST bed linen is OEKO-TEX certified. How deep are your fitted sheets? Our fitted sheets can fit any mattress with a maximum height of 30 cm. |
